Operational Delivery
Reality Management
From the wilderness of Tasmania to the mountains of Peru and across the Atlantic Ocean we are operational experts who deliver teams, events and
corporations on a journey from start to finish in a safe and inspirational environment. We deliver the basics with excellence and make the hard
decisions with integrity. Where there is risk, there is reward. Where there is danger, we bring a clear decision making process. We have built
our experience and reputation over 32 years of challenging the human body in all environments. We have learnt from making mistakes and we have
saved lives by not making them again.
High profile individuals have relied on our professional conduct and our "no such thing as can’t mentality". The word "remote" is almost as extinct
as some of the species that inhabit this planet and this very accessibility has encouraged young people to take on the environment. Unfortunately,
what they deliver in passion, they often lack in experience and core skills. This is where we help to ensure they arrive safely at their goal.
Assisting with all areas of expedition work : media and sponsorship,
operational delivery, reality management,
safety and
corporate responsibility.
Paul has cycled, kayaked, ran and skied in some of the toughest events in the world, allowing him to draw on an athlete’s perspective. He uses his
experience to support and deliver champions. As Michael Schumacher said “I never learnt anything from winning” and in times of difficulty
intelligent collaboration with specialists has proven to have a record of success.
